Any orders placed on our online store are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Choice Dental. All prices stated in product descriptions are in Australian dollars & include GST.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Choice Oral Care Store does not provide delivery or postage for online orders. Oral care products that have been ordered are available for collection & payment once your order has been processed, and your email confirmation sent. If a listed product is temporarily unavailable because of stock or supplier issues, then quantity selection will specify “0” when ordering the product. In this instance, the out-of-stock item will have been ordered and should become available within a few days. If you have placed an order that has been processed in error, we will contact you to inform you of any potential delay of your ordered product arriving in-store.
CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
Choice Oral Care Store (an extension of Choice Dental’s retail and service clinic) customers can make enquiries (in-person or via phone), pick-up and pay for ordered items during our business hours as follows:
Mon 8 am – 5:30 pm
Tues 8 am – 7 pm
Wed 8 am – 5 pm
Thu 8 am – 7 pm
Fri 8 am – 5:30 pm
Sat 8:30 am – 4 pm

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Choice Oral Care Store accepts payment upon collection of your ordered products via cash, EFTPOS, and most major credit/debit cards from our clinic. We do not accept online payments.
CHANGES TO TERMS
All orders of oral care products placed with Choice Oral Care Store are governed by the pricing, terms and conditions at the time of the order. Prices and availability of our oral care products may be subject to change at any time without notice due to unexpected errors or changes made by our sales team or suppliers.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If bought goods are flawed, faulty or defective upon opening packaging, as well as goods that have been chosen in error, Choice Oral Care Store will provide a refund, replacement and/or exchange for the purchased good(s). Please contact our sales team as soon as possible for a return and replacement. If a purchase has been made in error, then the purchased good(s) must be returned in a new, unused condition with its original packaging intact for us to issue a refund or exchange on the item. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once goods have been purchased.
We can only accept in-store payment upon collection of your ordered goods from our clinic. We do not accept online payments. Your registered order details are always safe and secure, and your email address is kept confidential. We do not share your personal information with any third parties under any circumstances.
For purchased good(s) that are sold with an extended warranty (e.g. 12 month/2 year) against defects, please read the warranty document outlining the terms and conditions of the warranty included with the product. We do not handle nor process extended warranty/warranty issues. Please refer to the product warranty terms and conditions for registration of your product purchase and for details regarding servicing, repairs and replacement of your defective goods.
